Using an abundance of fresh local produce Executive Head Chef Robert Newall has created a range of delicious seasonal menus for you to enjoy.

Our breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of cold cuts, local and regional cheese and seasonal fruit while our À La Carte breakfast is cooked to order.
With daily specials, delicious steaks and fresh Guernsey fish on offer both at lunchtime and in the evening, The Brasserie is popular with our hotel guests but also a favourite with the local financial community and a popular meeting place for those who want to catch up with friends over a glass of wine and a light bite. Pre-concert suppers are also available for those attending an event at nearby St James. To accompany your dinner we offer an extensive selection of wines and we will be only too happy to select wines to complement your chosen dishes.
