Enjoy a thoughtfully crafted three-course menu showcasing the best of seasonal, locally sourced produce, from herb crusted leg of lamb with traditional trimmings, to lighter options including local Guernsey sea bass and refined plant-based dishes.
Finish with Easter favourites such as hot cross bun bread and butter pudding, dark chocolate and honey mousse, or a carefully selected cheese board, all served with warm hospitality and a celebratory atmosphere.
