Reservations Agent

The Front of House department is looking for a Reservations Agent to provide our guests with outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities of the Reservations Agent will include:

  • Consistently offer a professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Book and enter guest reservations following the required standards
  • Compiling guests accounts and fulfilling administrative duties
  • Updating reservations ensuring a flawless check in and out process
  • Ensure revenue is maximised by selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities
  • Answer the telephone and email enquires in a timely manner to give the required information to the guest
