Terms and Conditions

For all confirmed leisure reservations, cancellation after 1pm on the day of arrival will result in a 100% charge unless we are able to re-let the accommadation. For all confirmed leisure reservations of two nights or more, cancellation within 72 hours of the day of arrival will result in the 25% deposit being retained. VAT does not apply in the Channel Islands.

As an offshore destination, air and ferry services are occasionally affected by adverse weather conditions. In such instances the terms and conditions outlined above still apply. We strongly recommend that travel insurance be obtained prior to departure.
