Guests arriving by car may park outside the hotel and have their luggage uplifted by our friendly concierge before being directed to the hotel car park located at the rear of the hotel in Hospital Lane. Accees from the car park to the main guest bedrooms is available via steps.

Disabled guests may park on the designated disabled parking bay at the front of the hotel and enter via the disabled lift to the main hotel lobby for check-in at either the main desk or for wheelchair users - the guest services desk. The hotel is equipped with a further disabled lift to the Sir John Coward room, Regency Room, cloakrooms, concierge, Governor's fine dining restaurant and main lift.
