The Brasserie Bar
Adjoining The Brasserie Restaurant is our intimate bar where guests and non-residents can unwind over a satisfying drink with friends and colleagues. With direct access to The Olive Grove it also offers an inviting outside space in which to enjoy the finer weather and the views out across the water to the island of Herm.
The bar serves a fine selection of malt whiskies and vodkas as well as lagers and bitters, or perhaps a pre-dinner cocktail is more appropriate?
Drinks may also be quietly enjoyed in the Sir John Coward Lounge with your favourite newspaper.
