SUNNY AND SOCIABLE
Set in a spacious and sunny conservatory, overlooking the peaceful private gardens and St Peter Port harbour beyond, The Brasserie provides a lovely light and informal environment for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Using an abundance of fresh local produce, Executive Head Chef Stamatis Loumousiotis, has created a range of delicious seasonal menus for you to enjoy.
Our breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of meats, cheese and fruit whilst our À La Carte breakfast is cooked to order. Guernsey Eggs Benedict is a firm favourite with all our guests and is made with only local produce.
With daily specials, delicious steaks and fresh Guernsey fish on offer both at lunchtime and in the evening, The Brasserie is popular with our hotel guests but also a favourite with the local financial community and a popular meeting place for those who want to catch up with friends over a glass of wine and a light bite. Pre-concert suppers are also available for those attending an event at nearby St James.
To accompany your dinner we offer an extensive selection of wines and our sommelier will be only too happy to select wines to complement your chosen dishes.
